Range‑Extended Hybrid System

The complete machine adopts a range‑extended hybrid configuration. The engine serves solely as a power‑generation unit, while power output is entirely delivered by electric motors. The engine speed automatically adjusts according to field‑operation loads and outputs power on demand. This avoids fuel waste caused by the constant high‑speed operation of conventional models and delivers outstanding fuel‑saving performance.

Under equipment maintenance and commissioning conditions, the all‑electric operating mode can be activated. The engine shuts down to eliminate exhaust gas and noise interference, facilitating safe inspection and troubleshooting for operators.

Intelligent Energy‑Saving Drive System

All key mechanisms of the complete machine are electrically controlled, featuring fast signal transmission, ultra‑rapid power response, and precise and reliable motion control.

Each cotton‑picking head is equipped with an independent electric drive unit. It can individually collect real‑time operating loads of each cotton‑picking head and implement immediate monitoring and early‑warning for abnormal conditions such as stalling, jamming and overload, so as to reduce the risk of component damage.

The vehicle is equipped with an energy‑recovery mechanism. It recycles and reuses energy during deceleration and load‑reduction conditions, achieving dual‑direction energy saving through operational power output and energy regeneration, and further cutting fuel consumption for field operations.
