It has 6 product assembly lines and 1 wire harness production line.
The workshop is equipped with 1 laser wire stripping machine, 1 automatic wire crimping machine, 1 automatic testing machine, 1 ultrasonic welding machine, 1 laser engraving machine, 1 crimping machine, the workshop can complete the processing of about 500 sets of wiring harnesses per day, with the production capacity of more than 200 sets of single machines. The assembly of single machines and the processing of wire harnesses implement the quality control measures of process inspection, each process is completed after the process inspection before transferring to the next process, in strict accordance with the quality management requirements for the production of products.
